neoSVG is an AI-powered vector engine that generates SVGs from text prompts or converts existing images into scalable vector SVG format. Both problems are technically challenging, and we've spent years refining our models to consistently deliver high-quality results.
What is 1 credit worth?
Each action in neoSVG consumes a certain number of credits depending on the model tier and task. You can always see the exact cost before running it in your dashboard or on the pricing page. Unused credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
How can I improve the quality of my SVG generations?
Clear and focused prompts usually produce better results. Avoid overly complex descriptions and try a few variations — generating multiple versions, especially with higher-tier models, is often the fastest way to reach a strong result.
Which model tier should I choose for my SVG generation?
We offer neoSVG 5, our latest and most advanced model, in Base, Pro, and Ultra tiers. Base works well for simple graphics, Pro handles more complex details, and Ultra pushes quality and intelligence to the limit. In very rare cases, simpler models may produce better results depending on the style you're aiming for.
Do you offer API access for developers?
Yes. Our API is currently in beta. It allows developers to integrate neoSVG into their own products and workflows. We're actively improving it, so please note that breaking changes may occur during the beta period.
Can I edit the generated SVGs?
Yes. All generated SVGs are fully editable. You can open them in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape, or Affinity and modify them as needed.
What is deterministic and non-deterministic vectorization?
Deterministic vectorization produces the same SVG every time for the same input. Non-deterministic vectorization introduces variation on each attempt, increasing the chances of finding a better result for complex images — and each attempt consumes credits.
Can I use the vectors generated commercially?
Yes, you can use the generated SVGs for commercial purposes. However, while the license allows commercial use, it does not transfer copyright ownership of the generated assets.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is protected and never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Once you cancel, you will not be billed for the following billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
How do I get my invoice history?
To access your invoice history, sign in to your neoSVG account and navigate to the "Billing" section. If you have a premium account, click on "Change Plan" and then look for the "Invoice History" section.
Is it possible to update my invoice information?
Yes! To do this, go to the "Billing" page on your neoSVG account. If you have a premium account, click on "Change Plan". Then, in the "Billing Information" section, you can update your invoice information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can permanently delete your account. To do this, go to the "Settings" page on your neoSVG account. Please be aware that this action is irreversible and will remove your user data from our servers, in accordance with our privacy policy.
